After the ravages and devastations brought about by Typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng in Metro-Manila and Northern Luzon, Barangay Manuyo Dos readily acquired a FRP Dinghy Boat (Fiberglass) and life vests to augment their equipment in the Barangay Disaster Coordinating Council!
Life is not about sheltering from the storm,
but rather, learning how to dance in the rain!
