REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES
MANUYO DOS BARANGAY COUNCIL
LAS PIÑAS CITY
Foreword
Presidential Decree 1331, creating BARANGAY MANUYO DOS in the Municipality of Las Piñas, Metro-Manila, was signed into law by President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos on the 3rd day of April 1978. In April 3, 2010, we will be commemorating the 32nd Foundation Day of our beloved Barangay!
The perseverance and achievements of our predecessors shall always be a living memento, but we shall likewise give our share, strive to initiate the empowerment of the public and business sector, with the support of the Barangay, for the benefit of our constituents.
The embodiment of the following is an effort to establish a concrete record, a history and memorabilia, for those who shall follow our footsteps as public servants and to those who have helped etched a legacy that we shall bequeath to our successors!
To the Sangguniang Barangay, to their tenacious support and benevolence, I salute you! To the dedication of my support staff, in the tedious research work, to organize and produce a meager contribution to our past, present and future, kudos!
May this simple expenditure of energy set an example and an inspiration for everyone, to be more socially responsible, vigilant and committed citizens of our community!
